We believe the Central Coast is in a Jude moment.
The ground is dry. The voices are loud. The hour is late. And the Spirit is brooding over the waters again.
We are not gathering because we are impressive. We are gathering because we are hungry. We are not gathering to manufacture revival. We are gathering to make ourselves available to the God who has always done what He pleases with the small and the surrendered.
Jude wrote to a tired church in a confused century and told them to contend for the faith once for all delivered to the saints.
Not strive. Not strategize. Contend. The language of wrestlers, of farmers refusing to walk away from the field, of soldiers planting their feet when the line begins to bend.
It is the word we believe the Spirit is speaking over the Central Coast in this hour.
From start to finish, Jesus had one basis for his whole life, ministry, and mission: the goodness and nearness of his Father.
He came to undo everything the father of lies set in motion. The way back home is through the door of the goodness of the Father, revealed through the sacrifice of the Son.
And now, on this coast, in this hour—we contend together.
